POG is a cool kid’s game.

Disneyland in 1994 was a crazy time.

I totally had these even though I was too young to even know what pogs were. haha I probably still have them somewhere. I actually really want to know where the kini (This video just taught me that term) went, I remember thinking it was so cool when I was a kid, even though I had no clue what it was. Also this ad is ridiculous. I love the adult who’s translating the kids lingo. Amazing.

Dan Fessler’s HD Index Painting Technique let’s you paint pixel art in Photoshop in a non-destructive manner, and lets you use pretty much every tool in a perfectly pixel-gradient fashion!

The article gives you everything you need to try it out for yourself. It’s easy to set up and use, and the results are so fucking cool.

"Holo Pearl" from Steven the Swordfighter

This is a medley of all of Holo Pearl’s music in the episode. Since she’s a broken facsimile of Pearl, we used a glitchy piano and an erratic collection of sounds.

Music: Aivi & Surasshu
Art: Joe Johnston

I love Holo Pearl’s fight theme so much. Aivi and Surasshu are always blowing my mind!
